Every export container is equipped with active GPS tracking and dual-sensor logging for temperature and humidity. We maintain a constant core temperature of 12°C-13°C and monitor CO2/O2 levels to preserve fruit firmness for up to 35 days.

Due to the 1,500m high-altitude origin, our mangoes achieve a natural Brix level of 18° or higher upon ripening. When handled via our 12°C cold chain, our Keitt mangoes maintain retail-grade quality for 14-21 days post-arrival.
