Q1: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Our MOQ is one 40ft container, which holds approximately 20,000 kg (Net Fruit Weight).

Q2: Can you customize the packaging?

Yes. We offer customized carton designs. The MOQ for custom packaging is 10,000 boxes. Standard packaging (Shine Mango brand) has no extra MOQ.

Q3: What is the difference between Grade A and Grade B fruit?

Grade A: 90%+ Clean Skin. Flawless appearance for high-end retail.

Grade B: 60%+ Clean Skin. Minor blemishes allowed, but internal quality and taste are identical. More cost-effective for processing or mass markets.

Q4: What is the lead time for an order?

We recommend placing orders 10-15 days in advance. Once confirmed, the processing time from harvest to shipping is approximately 7 days.

Do you have Global GAP certification?

Yes, our orchards in Panzhihua are Global GAP certified. We can provide all necessary documents (Phytosanitary Certificate, Origin Certificate) for customs clearance in Russia, EU, and Southeast Asia.

What are the payment terms?

Standard term: T/T (30% deposit, 70% against BL copy).
For large volume contracts, L/C is negotiable.
